With our Storage Management app solution and the Ahlsell Storage platform, you can use your smartphone or a PDA to register activities in the storage facility. If you choose manual operation, you decide when you want to restock your supply. With automatic operation, you register your collections in the app and replenishment orders are automatically created for predetermined parameters.

Automatic Operation
Products based on your choices and needs. Each item has a clearly marked location.
Withdrawals are registered by scanning the item and entering the quantity. The withdrawal can be “identified” with a label (e.g. subproject or floor). If not all items are used, they can be put back and registered as a return.
The registration updates the stock, and a restocking order is placed directly with Ahlsell when a specific order point is reached.
Ahlsell will deliver the items on the next delivery date.
Refill deliveries are approved in the app and added to the shelf.
The balance is updated after approved delivery.
