The models ZR94 to ZR190 are supplied without mounting kit (rubber feet).

All of the cooling effect is specified in accordance with EN12900 at 0°C undercooling and +20°C suction line temperature, condensation temperature +40°C. The cooling outputs are specified at -35°C evaporation temperature. The compressor is supplied with hot gas thermostat but without crankcase heater and rotalock valves.

The injection valve is used for cooling of the scroll compressors in different applications. Branch from the liquid conduit connects to the valve’s inlet which, with the help of a bulb placed at the top of the compressor, ensures that the compressor does not overheat by injecting “liquid" when needed. Highly energy efficient solutions can be obtained by using different connection options such as so-called economiser connections. Contact us for further information. LIV is the latest model and comes in different versions with different connections, angled design and for wet injections. The DTC model will be phased out.

Summit series is the latest from Copeland and their compressors can be connected either to gas injection via economiser or to liquid injection with a DTC valve. Approved for refrigerant R404A, R407A and R407F and more. The yearly efficiency is on a par with the best semi-hermetic compressors. Low weight, low sound and 40% better refrigeration effect by connection via gas injection. Intended for rotalock valves, oil sight glass, IP54 on the junction box, internal motor protection, hot gas thermostat and rubber feet are included. The stated cooling effect is for R404A, liquid injection, at condensation temperature +40°C, evaporation temperature -35°, under-calling 0K, suction gas temperature +20°C.
