Welding wire filarc pz6113

FILARC PZ6113 is a rutile type, flux-filled tubular electrode specially developed for high productivty welding in position. FILARC PZ6113 can be described as a universal electrode and is also used by shipyards across Europe. One of the reasons for this is that 1.4 mm welds well in one setting in all positions. Position welding is performed in the spray arc area for the respective electrode dimensions at relatively high current strengths. The electrode can effectively be used in combination with ceramic root support. When using Ar+20% CO² (M21) Shielding gas, reported typical values are: Ar +20% CO²(M21) or CO² (C1)
