Elma 3039 is a true RMS clamp meter in a very handy design for easy measuring of AC & DC currents. The instrument has a resolution down to 10mA, a large back-lit display, smart data hold and automatic zero-adjustment. Elma 3039 has low pass filter and "Inrush" for measuring starting currents. With the "Volt sense" function voltage can be detected without any contact. The instrument complies with IEC 61010-1 KAT III 600V and supplied with batteries and manual.
