Function
Indicating alarmed valve that can be used both as NO/NC for use in grooved pipe systems.
Grooving standard: OGS (Original Grooving System) in accordance with AWWA-C606.

Properties
• Polyester powder coating, meets AWWA C550 standards for use within C1 and C2 corrosivity class
• Manually operated with gear.
• Direction for opening/closing is indicated on the steering wheel.
• Yellow position indicator for opening/closing.
• Two built-in micro switches with pre-installed wiring.
• One switch is used for bypass (NC) while the other switch is used for fully open position.
• The dimension E/E complies with MSS SP-67.
• Corrosion protection: High quality polyester powder coating, meets AWWA C550 standards.
• Recommended maximum flow rate = 5 m/s. For shorter periods, flow rates up to 8 m/s can be accepted.
• In accordance with SS-EN 593:2004.
• FM and UL approved for sprinkler systems
• IP class 54 for indoor use.

Approval
Grooved butterfly valve of brand PROFIT (PT) is approved by UL and FM.
The products are assessed by Sundahus and Byggvarubedomningen.
