Silverlod Meltolit 55SN

Cadmium free silver solder with 55% silver which is used for all metals apart from aluminium and its alloys. Silver solder Meltolit 55Sn is for hard soldering in capillaries, pipes- and plate parts. The product comes in a version both with and without flux additive. the solder does not contain phosphor which means that a silver fluxing agent is required, i,e., type “Meltolit 770", that breaks the “oxide" on the base material when joining together these metals. The silver solder has significantly high flow and wetting properties, When good joint alignment is called for. The product is used for Precision engineering, Heat exchanger and sanitary installation etc. Good colour consistency with stainless.
